Do you accept insurance?
Florida: We are certified TRICARE providers and accept the Step Up for Students Scholarship (Learn more about this scholarship here.) For all other insurance plans, we can bill your insurance if you have out-of-network coverage. Current private pay rates for occupational therapy are $250 for the initial evaluation, and $100 per hour + a travel fee for therapy sessions. Please reach out for travel fee information.
Pennsylvania: We are currently in-network with Aetna and Independence Blue Cross and are actively working on accepting additional insurance plans. If your child is between the ages of 0-5, therapy may be of no-cost through the state Early Intervention program.Â
How soon can my child be evaluated?
We are able to accommodate new clients within 1-2 weeks of first contact. Special accommodations can be made depending on availability within the schedule.
Is there a travel radius for services?
Yes, we are only able to travel a certain distance at this time. We can determine if you are in or out of the radius if you leave your address in the contact form.
Do you offer Telehealth?
Yes, we offer Telehealth (virtual) appointments via our secure virtual platform!
