Do you accept insurance?

We can process your insurance, but we are out-of-network providers. We will happily look up your policy to confirm if therapy services are covered. 

Insurance plans we frequently bill include: TriCare, Aetna, Cigna, Florida Blue, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and United. 

We also accept the Step Up for Students Scholarship. Learn more about this scholarship here.

If you wish to pay privately, current rates are $50 per 30 minutes of treatment, and $200 for the initial evaluation. Depending on where you are located, a travel fee may apply (ranges from an additional $0-$40 per hour). If your child has recently been evaluated elsewhere, we may be able to waive the initial evaluation fee.

How soon can my child be evaluated?

We are currently able to accommodate new clients within 1-2 weeks of first contact. Special accommodations can be made depending on availability within the schedule.

Is there a travel radius for services?

Yes, we are only able to travel a certain distance at this time. We can determine if you are in or out of the radius if you leave your address in the contact form.

Do you offer Telehealth?

Yes, we offer Telehealth (virtual) appointments via our secure virtual platform!

Can my child be seen in-office?

We currently have limited availability for in-office sessions at 6100 Greenland Rd, Jacksonville. Please reach out for more information.
