Do you accept insurance?

How soon can my child be evaluated?

We are currently scheduling evaluations in our new office space for the month of August. We are typically able to accommodate new clients within 1-2 weeks of first contact. 

Do I need a referral?

Yes, a referral for occupational therapy is required.

Where do sessions take place?

All sessions take place in our office at 263 River Hills Drive, Suite 1, Jacksonville, FL 32216.  We also offer sessions via telehealth.

Our hours are by appointment only at this time. We have sessions available on weekdays and weekends.
