Do you accept insurance?

Yes! At this time, we are in-network with United, Aetna, Humana and we are certified Tricare providers. For all other plans, we are out-of-network providers, but we are still able to process your insurance. We are currently working towards becoming in-network with additional insurance plans (commercial and medicaid plans). Please reach out for more details. 

We also accept the Step Up for Students Unique Abilities Scholarship (FES-UA). Learn more about this scholarship here.

How soon can my child be evaluated?

We are currently scheduling evaluations in our new office space for the month of August. We are typically able to accommodate new clients within 1-2 weeks of first contact. 

Do I need a referral?

Yes, a referral for occupational therapy is required.

Where do sessions take place?

All of our sessions are transitioning to in-office starting August 1st and we will no longer be traveling to homes, daycares, or schools. Our address is 263 River Hills Drive, Suite 1, Jacksonville, FL 32216.  We also offer sessions via telehealth.
